MMTA is a Senior Club to the Federation of Music Clubs which entitles you the opportunity to enter your students in our local Junior Festivals.  You need not pay a special membership fee to the Federation.  Your dues to MMTA enables you the opportunity to participate in Federation activities and auditions.  Our organization has a Junior Club Counselor who can assist you in registering your students in the Junior Festivals.  If you have no more than 10 students you wish to enter, the Junior Counselor is there to help you.

We offer a
Youth Concert Series for students in fifth grade through eleventh grade.  A student auditions for 3 judges and must perform 3 compositions from 3 different musical periods.  Honor recitals and concerts are presented by the winners.  The concerts are held at the Charles Allis Art Museum in Milwaukee.
Some monetary awards are given.

We also have an
Artist  Debut Concert Series for 16-35 year old musicians.  Monetary awards and opportunities for performance are available to the winners. Brochures of these opportunities are available
after becoming a member of MMTA..

Each year we offer
two workshops or Master Classes. We do not have monthly meetings, but one annual meeting, one social event along with auditions, concerts and workshops.
